Scrambled eggs with caviar

Scrambled eggs with caviar

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp chopped chive
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • salt, pepper
  • beluga caviar
  • Whisk together eggs, cream and chive
  • Pour the eggs' mixture into a pan and fry until ready stirring
  • Arrange the scrambled eggs in the spoons or verrines and garnish with caviar

A very simple recipe with a very sophisticated taste. I prefer to fry eggs without chive, but add a bit of fresh one while serving. Could be served for a breakfast or as an amuse bouche. This recipe received the title „Recipe of the month“ on the Caviar website.
