Fish kebabs

You can use any fish you like, but the flesh should stay firm after cooking. You can also vary the marinade ingredients according to your taste. I used Canary spices mixture.

Fish kebabs

  • 600 g fish fillet


  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp curcuma
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade
  • Dice the fish into the serving portions and leave to marinate for 3 hours (min)
  • Thread the fish pieces into the skewers and grill for 10-15 min each side

I took conger eel fish. Served with spice coriander sauce and garnished with green salad.
